Art Therapy Sessions
Alison offers individual art therapy to adults in a garden studio in Folkestone. A wide range of art materials is available for use and therapy sessions are 60 minutes.
Alison will begin by offering an assessment to learn what you would like support with and to talk more with you about the service she offers. She hopes to offer an approach that addresses difficulties, whilst allowing a moving forward and letting go of what no longer serves. Art making can feel daunting at first, so Alison will help you to feel comfortable, however you choose or do not choose, to make use of the materials or metaphor.
Alison hopes for all her clients that through the therapy process a greater sense of self-acceptance and personal wellbeing in life will emerge.
She is situated within a short walking distance of Folkestone West station and bus stops. Street parking is available.
Alison also offers online parent consultations with her extensive experience working with parents and carers. She also offers services to Fostering agencies and Residential care homes.
